How you will receive your payments

For each booking your Customer makes, you receive a payment, which we call a payout. Currently, we have a single payout method: Stripe.
To connect your Stripe account, please go to Account Settings, and then to Connected Accounts and choose Stripe. If you do not already have a Stripe account, you will need to create one with Stripe.

How much you will get paid

To check your earnings for the service you delivered, go to either Calendar or Services in your ZeroDegrees account and select a booking. Scroll down below the booking details to find the order details which include:

  • Your price for the service, excluding tax
  • Taxes
  • Total paid by the customer, including tax
  • Our booking fee
  • Your earnings (total payout)
  • Payout date

When Customers make a Booking, we charge you a Booking Fee which is automatically deducted from your Payout for that Booking. This fee helps us cover the cost of business activities such as the processing of payment from the Customer, sending of Payout to the Service Provider, customer support, cancellations and refunds and other operational activities. The Booking Fee is structured in tiers according to your net sales volume, starting at 18% of the Booking total plus a flat fee of €0.25, for net sales volumes up to €5,000. Once you have gone over this limit, your booking fee will decrease, so that the more you sell, the lower your booking fees will be. Read more about booking fees in our article “How booking fees work”.

When you will get paid

The earnings for the service you delivered are released to your Stripe account about 24 hours after your customer’s booking ends.
