At ZeroDegrees, we feel a deep responsibility to serve all users of our Platform, including our Customers and Service Providers. We have worked hard to ensure that we provide you with the highest quality of service, and our brand represents those efforts. By protecting our brand, we make sure that neither our Members nor anyone else is confused about whether something is endorsed, controlled, or managed by us. 

ZeroDegrees’s trademarks include the ZeroDegrees name, the ZeroDegrees logo, Verified badges, as well as all words, slogans, icons, logos, graphics, designs, and other indicators that identify ZeroDegrees, our services and products.

You may not use any ZeroDegrees trademarks unless you have written permission from us. You may use the “ZeroDegrees” name to factually describe what you are offering but only (i) in the body text (not, for example, in titles, taglines or headlines), (ii) in an identical size, type, colour, and style to the rest of the body text, and (iii) in a way that honestly and accurately describes your relationship with ZeroDegrees.

1. Content Not Allowed

The following actions are violations of this policy and are not allowed on the ZeroDegrees Platform:

  • Referencing “ZeroDegrees” in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
  • Using the word “ZeroDegrees” more than necessary to factually describe your relationship with ZeroDegrees. If the expression or sentence has the same meaning without the word “ZeroDegrees,” remove it.
  • Using the ZeroDegrees logo in any form, including separately or in combination with any business name, trademark, social media account name, or generic term.
  • Using “ZeroDegrees,” “Zero,” “Degrees,” or similar variations, in your website name, business name, product name, trademarks, domain registrations, social media handles, brand assets, etc.
  • Adopting or using a name, logo, or brand identity, including color and font (or typeface) that is similar to ZeroDegrees’s trademarks and brand elements.

2. Trademark Policy Violation

If you find content on the ZeroDegrees Platform that violates this policy, please report it by clicking the report button. Our team will investigate reports and if content is found to violate this policy, we will remove the content and suspend the account for a period of time. When determining the length of the suspension period for violating this policy, we consider a number of factors including the severity of the violation and the Member’s previous record of violations across all our Terms and Policies. We will send the Member an email to inform of our decision. Subsequent violations will lead to longer suspension periods and may eventually result in termination of the account, pursuant to section 17 of our Terms of Service.
