You can subscribe as an Independent Professional or as an Organisation and choose a monthly or yearly plan that best suits your current needs. Fill out your profile to tell us about you and the services you provide.

Submit a Team Member Profile listing for each team member that will be offering services.

Add details about your services such as availability, location, amenities, accessibility, requirements and type of scheduling (booking, reservation or external booking).

Receive your payout 24 hours after the booking ends (you will need to create a Stripe account if you do not already have one). If you have chosen reservation or external booking type of scheduling for all your services, you do not need a Stripe account (customers will be paying you directly at the time the service is delivered).

To get a Verified Badge you must (i) verify your Business Address and submit (ii) a valid liability insurance policy, (iii) a valid form of Identity, (iv) valid certificates for all your listed educational degrees, and (v) a valid professional credential, where applicable. If you are an Organisation, you must submit (iii), (iv) and (v) above for each of your Team Members. Read more about Verified Badges in our Terms of Service.

When you submit a listing for your services, you can choose between Booking, Reservation and External Booking. Read more about the differences between them.

Prices shown to customers are inclusive of taxes so you should include any applicable taxes in your price and determine the applicable tax category, if any. You are responsible for reporting, submitting, remitting and paying all taxes related to your services to the relevant tax authorities.

Customers have 15 days, from the time the Booking ends, to write a public review and provide star ratings. You can reply to a review within 7 days of it having been published by the Customer. Reservations cannot be reviewed. Read more in our Review Policy.

Accurately describe your Service with up-to-date photos, be helpful, pleasant and respectful and respond to messages promptly.

Make the customer aware of any safety, transportation, noise, accessibility or other situations that might affect their experience.

Highlight anything that makes your Service special, like amazing coffee or a stunning view.
